Join sound healer Daniella White for a special evening of meditative sound with the frequencies of crystal bowls, Paiste Planetary Gongs, and vocal toning. Relax in savasana while Daniella bathes you in vibrations that will help you reach states of deep relaxation.
This meditation will assist you in releasing any energies, thoughts, and patterns that are no longer serving you, and also help bring revitalizing energy into your body and mind. You will leave feeling refreshed and “re-tuned”, with a sense of restored balance in your mind, body and spirit.

Yogi Jeff Bass will lead a mixed levels Hatha flow accompanied by the healing frequencies of Daniella’s crystal bowl playing. We will end with an extended sound bath savasana where Daniella takes you deeper into the sound, adding vocal toning. The sound savasana will help you relax deeper into meditation and revitalization. The combination of these two powerful practices will help bring movement to your chi and guide your body to self healing.
