Upcoming Sound Events

Two events this coming Sunday Feb. 26th:

A Restorative Yoga workshop at Yogaworks in Westlake Village. Join Daniella and yogi Monica Rose for a Restorative Asana and Pranayama combined with Meditation and Sound Healing. Daniella will play the Crystal Bowls during the restorative yoga practice, with an extended Sound Healing Savasana.
Time: 1:00-3:30pm.
Cost: $40 early registration, $50 day of.

For all you Eastsiders, join Daniella & Jamie Bechtold for their monthly Sound Bath at Yogala in Echo Park. Daniella will be playing the Crystal Singing Bowls and singing, as Jamie plays the beautiful Paiste Gongs and Crystal Bowls as well. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and anything you need to feel comfortable on the floor.
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Cost: $20 at the door

Retreat in Washington:
Coming up on March 9th thru 11th I will be on Whidbey Island in Washington at Jennifer Isaacson's wonderful yoga retreat, adding a little sound magic to the yoga experience. I'll be doing sound baths and private treatments.
