I am going to be teaching a Reiki I class on August 22nd in Silverlake. Please let me know if you would like attend. You will learn about the healing energy of reiki and receive an attunement, so you can give reiki to yourself and others. I will also teach about the subtle energy body and how it works, and give you grounding techniques that teach you how to to clear unwanted energy and bring in rejuvenating energy.
